With over twelve years of industry experience, Chef Oliver Chipkin brings his unwavering passion for approachable, high quality, and diverse cuisine to the table. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in 2018, Chef Oliver has worked all over New York honing his skills and adapting to new environments. Gold Leaf Catering is a passion project launched by Chef Oliver that showcases his latin roots in cooking and classically trained background. Having lived on the border of Mexico in Arizona for years, and traveling through South America, Chef Oliver loves to provide latin flair in all of his dishes.
